Annual Requirements Overview
All Representatives and certain assistants must complete five annual Packerland requirements by December 31, 2025 , in addition to:
FINRA Regulatory Element CE (required annually for all registered representatives).
Investment Adviser Representative (IAR) CE (required in certain states).
Representatives attending ASCEND can complete 3 out of 5 requirements in person
The remaining 2 must be completed online via Quest CE.
Attending ASCEND is NOT required—you can complete all requirements online if you prefer.
Even if you attend ASCEND, it is not mandatory to complete the requirements while there. You can still complete them online if you prefer.​
The deadline for Representatives to complete all requirements is 12/31/2025. Note that, while access to FINRA’s Regulatory Element and applicable state IAR CE is available today, access to Packerland’s online requirements doesn't open until after the ASCEND Conference.
This form only applies to conference registration. Do not fill out this form if you are not attending the conference. You can fulfil your requirements online through Quest CE without submitting this form.

Firm Element Part I/Anti-Money Laundering (Available online & in-person at ASCEND, with Part II)
Firm Element Part II (Topic TBD - Available online & in-person at ASCEND, with Part I/AML)
Firm Element Part III (Topic TBD - Online only)
Annual Compliance Questionnaire (Online only)

Wednesday, October 8 | 8:15 AM: both Compliance & Firm Element/AML sessions
Thursday, October 9 | 4:00 PM: both Compliance & Firm Element/AML sessions
Advance sign-up required! A reminder on your course selection will be provided at the conference. ​ ​
If selecting an "ONLY" option, you must complete the remaining required courses online.

Annual Requirement Fees:
Registered Representatives (RRs)
Attending ASCEND? Discounted fee: $125 (even if you complete all courses online - covers all four requirements).
This is in addition to the ASCEND Conference attendance cost.
Not attending? Full fee: $250 (covers all four requirements).
Investment Adviser Representatives (IARs)
Attending ASCEND? Discounted fee: $175 (even if you complete all courses online).
Not attending? Full fee: $300 (includes IAR CE Ethics requirement).
IAR CE Ethics Courses (6 credits): Quest CE charges Packerland $50 per IAR—this fee will be passed on to attendees via invoice after the conference.
Already completed and paid for your IAR CE for 2025? No additional invoice will be issued.
Payment:
Packerland pre-pays all Quest CE fees, so no upfront payment is required—just sign in and complete your coursework.
IAR Ethics CE courses are available now in your Quest CE account.​
Remaining coursework will be available after Conference. More information will be sent in the fall.
Invoices for courses will be sent after ASCEND.

Awards Dinner Entrée Choice:

Slow Roasted Cod – Served with baby red potatoes & basil pesto.
Chicken Florentine – Sautéed chicken breast with spinach & herb cream sauce, served with golden rice pilaf.
Boneless Beef Short Rib – Slow-roasted 8 oz. Angus beef short rib with mushroom cabernet demi-glaze, served with buttermilk chive mashed potatoes.
Marinated Grilled Vegetables (Gluten-Free) – Herb vinaigrette-marinated and grilled zucchini, squash, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes & red onions, served with saffron white beans.
Awards Dinner & After Party Guests Conference attendees are welcome to bring one or more guests to our Awards Dinner & After Party for an additional $25 per guest.

Submitting Your Registration Once you’ve completed the form, click the green "Register" button below.
If you selected Credit Card as your payment option, you will be redirected to a new page after submitting your registration. Be sure to note the number of guests you're bringing, as you will need to provide that information during checkout.
The checkout page will request a shipping address, but nothing will be shipped to you.
You do not need to bring a ticket or receipt to the conference.
